noku.ai is a supplemental educational practice app designed to help K–12 students practice math, reading, writing, and test preparation skills. It is operated by StartupEzy LLC and intended for use under parental supervision.

noku.ai serves K–12 students. Because every user under 18 is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms and create the account on the child's behalf. By creating an account, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child you are setting up, and you provide consent for that child to use the App.
For children under age 13, this consent also satisfies the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), which requires verifiable parental consent before any personal information is collected from a child under 13.
We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:
We do NOT collect Social Security numbers, physical addresses, phone numbers, geolocation data, photos, videos, audio, or any information directly from children.
Information is used solely to display your child's learning progress and track practice activity within the App. We do NOT sell, rent, or share data with third parties, and we do not use data for advertising or marketing.
Data is stored securely using Google Firebase with industry-standard encryption in the United States.
You may at any time: review data collected about your child, request correction or deletion of your child's data, or withdraw consent entirely. You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app (Parent Profile → Delete Account), or contact support@noku.ai — we will respond within 30 days.
noku.ai is a supplemental practice tool only. It is NOT a replacement for certified teachers, official school curriculum, or professional tutoring. Content is designed to align with common educational standards but is not officially endorsed by any school district, state education board, or testing organization including College Board (SAT), NWEA (MAP), or SBAC.
Use of noku.ai does NOT guarantee improvement in school grades, standardized test scores, academic advancement, or college admission. Results vary by student.
Questions and explanations in this App are created for practice purposes. While we strive for accuracy, content may contain errors and should not be solely relied upon for academic preparation. To report an error, contact support@noku.ai.
You agree to supervise your child's use of the App, review practice sessions periodically, verify accuracy of educational content before relying on it, and not hold noku.ai responsible for your child's academic performance or outcomes.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOKU.AI AND STARTUPEZY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY ACADEMIC OUTCOMES, TEST RESULTS, GRADES, DECISIONS MADE BASED ON APP CONTENT, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated through the App.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
